This piece was one of the first I created for this project. I’ve always been fond of polka dots, so I chose to decorate it with them as a playful, spontaneous gesture. I took it with me to the Maison et Objet fair in Paris to present it for the first time, and it was during that trip that the piece was slightly damaged: a small crack appeared. I decided to repair it with gold leaf, the most natural choice within the philosophy of Renacidas, where every wound is acknowledged, transformed, and embraced as an essential part of the piece. Features Mixed media: pinching, coils, gilding 17x15cm, recycled ceramics 1125º, gold leaf (copper) -
L-shaped tungsten carbide ceramic trimming tool. Tool with tungsten head and hand-turned wooden handle with brass ferrule. The open L-shape is very convenient to use for both curved and straight shapes. Tungsten is a very good abrasion resistant material that holds its edge much longer than conventional steel tools. Tired of the trimming tools wearing out after a few days of use, we decided to look for another solution and came across this material. After using them for a few months in the workshop, they are still sharp. The handle is made of various types of wood, but mainly olive wood. It is comfortable and simple. Tungsten is a hard but fragile material, so it is necessary to avoid falls and blows, as they can break. Dimensions: 18x2cm and 2.5cm long head. -

Natural sponge of marine origin for use in ceramics replacing traditional synthetic sponges. It is a soft sponge but with a good consistency. Suitable for removing glaze on bisque pieces as well as for finishing and smoothing raw pieces. Approximate dimensions: Small: 5-6cm 2 pieces Medium: 7-8cm 1 piece Another small step to make your workshop more sustainable. Sponges are used constantly, and as they are used they wear out and release small particles that end up going down the drain and eventually into the sea. To prevent more microplastics from reaching the aquatic environment, switch to these natural, sustainably collected marine sponges. -

When I started this sculpture, I had a pretty clear idea of the shape I wanted, and luckily, the recycled material had a good consistency, which allowed me to build it exactly as I wanted. I made it together with the piece ‘Accidental’ (which was accidentally broken during its creation), which is why I named it ‘On Purpose’. Its simple, elongated shape with a solid gold finish makes it an elegant and solid piece.Features

I love creating these small trays, each one unique, imagined as tiny containers for personal treasures. I often place a dried flower in them—usually a thistle in earthy ochre and golden tones—that I gather from the countryside where I grew up. But each person can place whatever holds meaning for them: a small object, a keepsake, a token. The irregular, organic edge resembles a mountain range. Both this border and the small central element meant to hold that treasure are decorated with gold leaf, highlighting the beauty of what we choose to keep and cherish. Features Mixed media: slab built, acrylic, gilding 23x16x3cm, recycled ceramics 1125º, acrylic, gold leaf (23.75kt) -
