Pottery and ceramic tools

At María Monasterio Ceramic Studio we have spent the last year researching and developing tools for ceramics and pottery. Based on our experience in the shop, we realized that the quality of many of the tools on the market were quite poor. For this reason, we decided to design our own ceramic tools, looking for them to be nationally manufactured and of better quality. So that they have greater durability.

It was not an easy task, finding suppliers for each of them and seeing how to build them took time. We made prototypes to test the quality of the materials and their functionality until we found the best results.

It has been laborious work, but we are happy with the ceramic tools obtained. They are practical, of good quality and made in Spain, as well as beautiful. You can find cotton aprons for pottery, natural sponges, spinners to facilitate turning or tungsten turners and handcrafted wooden handles.

This project has been carried out by my husband Michel MOnsalves and I, María MOnasterio, and from there we have created this new brand called MOMO_tools, which includes both of us. We will continue working to improve and expand our range of products.
