My pottery workshops in Málaga offer both an introduction to ceramics and an opportunity to refine your skills. The content is customized based on the group’s interests to ensure the experience is as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
Personalized Ceramic Classes
Choose the number of hours and people, tell us what you’d like to make, and we will prepare a class designed just for you.
INCLUDES:
– Exclusive attention for the group, as it will be a private event just for you.
– Materials, tools, and two firings.
– We’ll do whatever activity you like: molding a mug, plate, something decorative, using the wheel*…
– Some snacks and tea to enjoy even more and recharge your energy.

DETAILS:
The classes are suitable for children and adults of all levels. If you have no experience, don’t worry, we’ll assist you with whatever you need—it’s all about enjoying the process.
The experience lasts 2 or 3 hours. If you’re only attending one day, we’ll take care of glazing your piece with the color of your choice and perform the two necessary firings so it’s ready to use. This may take about 4 weeks.
Lathe and modeling courses in Malaga
WHEEL THROWING COURSE
This 8-hour course is held over two days, Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
It is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience who wish to improve their technique.
We will begin with the basics.
– On the first day, we will cover kneading, centering, and shaping pieces such as cylinders, cups, bowls, and plates, depending on each participant’s skill level.
– On the second day, we will focus on turning and finishing the pieces, adding textures, handles, and applying slip.
The class is designed for small groups, with a maximum of 6 participants.
The course will proceed with a minimum of 4 participants. The cost of the course is €150.
TABLETOP MODELING COURSE FOR 3 PIECES OF DINNERWARE
4-hour courses, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
For beginners or those with prior knowledge of ceramics.
Depending on the course, we will create different types of pieces, such as a plate, cup, and bowl; or a Japanese set…
We will work with slabs, pinching, or modeling techniques, depending on the shape of the piece.
We will model the piece and then add texture and/or apply some slip.
The cost of the course is 85€.
TABLETOP MODELING COURSE FOR 2 PIECES OF DINNERWARE (cup/bowl and plate)
3-hour courses, Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
For beginners or those with prior knowledge of ceramics.
We will work with slabs, pinching, and modeling techniques, depending on the shape of the piece.
We will model the piece and then add texture and/or apply some slip.
The cost of the course is 70€.
Ceramics Workshops in Málaga
CONDITIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
We will use high temperature materials (stoneware, refractory clay, engobes, glazes…), included in the prices. They will be fired in ceramic kilns so you can take and use the pieces (up to two firings per piece of 980º and 1260º).
It’s a moment to enjoy, so come with the desire to learn and have fun!
You will be able to enjoy an appetizer or snack that we will provide. So you can have an even better experience and get your strength back. We will take care of glazing them. The student will be able to choose the glaze among several options that will be offered. About 4 weeks after the completion of the course, you will be notified so that you can come to

These are limited days, so ask ahead of time for availability for the day you want.
Short courses will be paid in full in advance. If cancelled two weeks in advance, the full amount will be refunded, if cancelled one week in advance, 50% will be refunded.
Private classes are reserved for a specific date and can be changed or cancelled with at least 1 week’s notice, otherwise the class will be considered consumed and will not be refunded.

We will give you an apron, but bring comfortable clothes that can get dirty.
Bring a notebook where you can project your ideas or bring them from home.
